Booking Conditions:

Based on a minimum group size of 15 participants.
The program has been prepared for students who are 13 years of age or older travelling to Australia on a tourist visa.
The escort from the company travelling from overseas is to act as Guarantor for all group participants under the age of 18 years whilst in Australia.
A Representative will escort the group on all activities. The program cost does not include for activities or tuition to be conducted on public holidays.
Travel insurance to cover loss of baggage, medical expenses, etc. is not included in the package price. It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain travel insurance prior to travel to Australia.
Your company is to provide written that the program is to proceed prior to program commencement date. A 10% non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of acceptance this program.
Closing date for applications and finalization of participant details to be provided 30 days prior to program commencement date.
Cancelation Policy. The 10% deposit is non-refundable. If written notification received 30 days prior to program commencement, no further cancellation fee will apply. If written notification is received within 30 days of program commencement, a 20% cancellation fee per participant will apply. If written notification is received within 7 days of program commencement date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
